We got another parrot, a senegal named Baxter. That makes four parrots, counting the budgie, all rehomed. One of these days I may try getting a baby. But there are lot of birds that need homes, sort of like getting a dog from the pound instead of a breeder. Both are find, but one is more rescue-y.

it's the last two weeks of term, and my procrastination all semester has been catching up with me. only two hours of sleep each the past two nights. Just got up from a four hours nap - the alarm didin't go off, and I slept througe the time i was supposed to take my husband lunch at work. Oops. he's going to be hungry and cranky. We've both had head colds and sinus; his was worse though - his sinuses have been bleeding. Has made us both cranky.
